Unthaw 2 loaves bread dough for about an hour or so. It should be thawed enough to cut but not enough to having start risen yet. Cut the semi-thawed dough into about 3/4" cubes. Shape is not important, size is.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat or slowly in the microwave. The idea is to melt just enough so that it doesn't separate.

In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and pudding mix together.

Use cooking spray or butter to grease a 13"x8" glass cooking pan or a bundt cake pan.

Roll each of the pieces of bread dough in butter, then transfer to dry mixture and coat.

Place each piece in the pan. When finished, you can combine the butter and dry ingredients and pour remaining mixture over the top of the bread pieces.

Cover with a towel and place on top of the fridge (away from the reach of the dog ;-) overnight to allow the dough to rise.

Bake in the morning at 350F for about 20-25 minutes. Check the middle of the pan for doneness even if the outer edges are starting to brown.

Remove from oven and before the pan has cooled, flip upside down onto a platter. The caramel will ooze down over the edges of the more brown outer edges. If you let the rolls set in the cooking pan too long the caramel will become very sticky and difficult to remove/clean.
