Ingredients

4 cups cooked chicken

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream

2/3 cup mayonnaise (can use Miracle Whip)

4 oz. mushrooms drained

1 can crescent rolls

2/3 cup Swiss cheese

Optional

3/4 cup chopped celery

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 can water chestnuts, chopped & drained

First Part Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole or cake pan.

Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly (approx. 30 minutes).

Remove from oven.

Unroll the crescent rolls and spread in a layer over the mixture so the dough covers the entire mixture.

Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.

Bake about 15 minutes more or until the crescent roll layer is golden brown.
